Tuition Rates

Final tuition fees for 2025/2026 academic year are determined by the Council of Higher Education, according to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of July 2025.
Tuition fees will be updated throughout the year in accordance with the CPI.

For those who pay tuition until September 15, 2025 the tuition fees are according to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of July 2025  as following:

Annual tuition for Undergraduate Programs – 12,017 NIS
Annual undergraduate tuition for non-Israeli citizens - 15,021.25 NIS
**These fees are for a full program of study – 100%

Annual tuition for all other programs – 16,239 NIS
*Including non-Israeli citizens for thesis master's degree or doctorate

Annual tuition for Non-Israeli citizens for all other programs - 20,298.75 NIS

Security fee - a mandatory payment that does not depend on the scope or course of study.
The amount is not final and may change according to the decision of the Higher Education Council..

Security fees for students on campuses in Jerusalem: 739 NIS*
Security fees for students at the Rehovot campus: 665 NIS*

Charging half of the security fee applies to students who are registered for courses in one semester only (A or B)
Half amount of security fee for students on Jerusalem campuses: 369.5 NIS
Half amount of security fee for students on Rehovot campus: 332.5 NIS

Security fees - exceptions:
Doctorate students with a 20% charge (who start studying in the second semester in their first year only) - will be charged half of the security fee
Student exchange for one semester - will be charged half of the security fee

National Student Union FeeAs of the coming academic year, BA and MA students will be required to pay 10 NIS to the National Student Union. Payment is mandatory and cannot be cancelled.

Language Studies:

English Studies

Cost of English as Foreign Language Courses Students studying English at Level 2 or 3 are required to pay an additional amount over and above tuition.
Level 2: for a 4-hours semester course: 1624 NIS according to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of July 2025.
Level 3: for a 6-hours semester course: 2111 NIS according to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of July 2025.
Students required to take only Level 1 are exempt from paying for this course only during the standard number of years for completing a bachelor's degree.

Hebrew studies

Students (of any degree) in their first year of studies toward a degree at the University, who are required to study Hebrew language, are exempt from paying for this course.
Students not studying toward a degree are not eligible for the exemption from tuition for Hebrew language courses and will therefore be required to pay for them from their first year. Students from their second year and onward, who are still required to take a Hebrew language course, will be charged tuition for this course.


According to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of July 2025:
The cost of a Hebrew course (up to 4 hours) 1624 NIS 
The cost of a Hebrew course of more than 4 hours 2111 NIS
Each course will be charged separately.

Student that will study in the summer level 4 will through Rothberg School will get a refund in his tuition in his first year of studies. 

* Charges for English/Hebrew language courses will be collected only after students file their class schedule.
