Student Card for a new student
All new students must upload a photo via the link found on the personal information website or via the HUJI app.
* Please note: An image which does not comply with the guidelines listed on picture upload page (such as: white background) may be invalidated even if successfully uploaded.
A printing request will be sent only after the photo is received and payment # 1 is paid.
The printing process takes about three weeks, the student will receive a notice when the card is ready.
The card will be sent to the student mail address or to the Tuition and Fees office, according to the student's request.
The card is perennial and valid for all university years.
At the beginning of each year, a validation sticker will be sent to the entire students population and it must be pasted on the back of the existing card.
Student card for veteran students
In a case of loss, theft or erosion of the card, you can get a new card.
Order a new card via the link found on the personal information website or via the HUJI app.
The charge for re-issue of a lost card is 50 ILS.
The charge for re-issue of a stolen card, after submitting confirmation from the police, is 30 ILS.
Issuing a new student card due to wear and tear over 5 years is free.
The card renewal form must be selected from the "List of items" option "Replacement of a card older than 5 years" - the item price will be updated to 0 NIS
pay attention:
A student who did not attach a photo for the past two years must upload a new photo to the card through the personal information site or app.
An old image cannot be used.
