Refunds
Students who completed paying their whole tuition fees and has a credit balance in their account will receive a refund, linked to the most recent published Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The refund will be automatically transferred to the refund bank account whose details were updated by the student in the personal information site. Please ensure that the information is accurate (see picture at the end of this page).
Refunds are transferred to the bank twice a month — at the beginning and in the middle of each month (the first refund will be issued after the end of the courses changes period for Semester A).
A credit balance in the account does not indicate that the account is settled, as changes during the academic year may result in a new balance.
Near the changes period of Semester B, due to frequent adjustments in tuition fees, refunds may be issued only once a month.
The update through the personal information site is intended for refund bank details only (not for standing order payments).
Students who do not have an Israeli bank account should contact us through the personal information website - Administrative requests - Request submission - Tuition
