Information Access Restrictions will be applied in the following cases:

Outstanding tuition fees: The immediate outstanding balance, representing the proportional tuition fee required for the relevant month, has not been paid (according to the payment schedule detailed at the linked page).

Outstanding library fees

Outstanding dormitory rent
-
Outstanding fines
-
Outstanding debt in the payroll system of the Human Resources Division (HR hold)
Please note:
Once the restriction is applied, access to information regarding exam grades will not be available, and it will not be possible to issue certificates of enrollment or tuition payment confirmations.
Prior to the application of the restriction, a notice of at least 10 days will be sent to the student’s university email address and/or via SMS to their mobile phone.
In addition, students with outstanding tuition debt for the 2024–2025 academic year or earlier, in an amount exceeding NIS 1,500, will not be able to register for a study program in the 2025–2026 academic year.
