Student account hold

Important Notes:
Payment cannot be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Payment of tuition fees on time will prevent the accrual of late-payment interest and restrictions on access to personal information. A student who is eligible for a scholarship/grant/award/tuition waiver must settle their payments on time, regardless of when the award is received.

Please note: A partial scholarship or tuition waiver is recorded as a credit against the total tuition amount, but it is not considered a payment within the payment schedule. The amount shown as “Immediate Balance Due” does not take the scholarship/tuition waiver into account; therefore, you must pay the full amount indicated in the payment request. The scholarship will be deducted from your final balance in the system.

  • Outstanding tuition fees: The immediate outstanding balance, representing the proportional tuition fee required for the relevant month, has not been paid (according to the payment schedule detailed at the linked page).

  • Outstanding library fees

  • Outstanding dormitory rent

  • Outstanding fines

  • Outstanding debt in the payroll system of the Human Resources Division (HR hold)

Prior to the application of the restriction, a notice of at least 10 days will be sent to the student’s university email address and/or via SMS to their mobile phone.

In addition, students with outstanding tuition debt for the 2024–2025 academic year or earlier, in an amount exceeding NIS 1,500, will not be able to register for a study program in the 2025–2026 academic year.
